bd3666 Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Your Use of Our Platform

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the personal player account registered and maintained by you on the bd3666 platform.
• "Balance" means the total of all real-money funds held in your bd3666 Account at any given time, excluding bonus credits.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, free spins value, cashback, or other non-cash incentives credited to your Account by bd3666.

2.2 bd3666 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including but not limited to a national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age within a reasonable timeframe will result in Account suspension and, where applicable, return of unplayed deposits to the source payment method.

2.3 If bd3666 determines at any point that a Player was under the age of 21 at the time of registration or at the time of any transaction, bd3666 will void all wagers placed and all winnings accrued from the date of registration, and will return the net deposited amount to the payment source used.

2.4 Players who are aware that a person under 21 is using the Platform, or who have shared their login credentials with a minor, must notify bd3666 support at [email protected] immediately.

3.1 Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only on bd3666. Registering or operating more than one Account is a material breach of these Terms and will result in closure of all associated accounts.

3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any two-factor authentication details with any third party. bd3666 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to adequately protect your credentials.

3.3 You must notify bd3666 immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. Contact our support team at [email protected]. bd3666 may temporarily suspend your Account while an investigation is conducted.

3.4 All information provided during registration must be truthful, complete, and kept up to date. In the event that any registered information changes — including your mobile number or payment method — you must update your Account details promptly.

3.5 bd3666 may require you to complete an identity verification ("KYC") process before processing withdrawals or when required by our internal risk assessment procedures. KYC documents may include government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

4.1 All financial transactions on bd3666 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

4.2 bd3666 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected Bangladeshi bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank, as well as Visa and Mastercard where applicable. 4.3 Deposits must be made from a payment source registered in your own name. bd3666 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be returned to the sending account and the receiving Account may be suspended pending investigation.

4.4 Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit funds into the Account, and only to a source verified as belonging to the Account holder. bd3666 reserves the right to require additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

4.5 bd3666 does not charge fees on deposits. Processing times for withdrawals depend on the method selected: mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within 2–4 hours; bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours. These timeframes are estimates and may vary during periods of high transaction volume.

4.6 bd3666 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request and may request supporting documentation before releasing funds. This is a standard risk management and anti-money-laundering measure and is not indicative of any suspicion of wrongdoing by the Player.

5.1 All bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other promotional offers made available through bd3666 are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail for matters relating to that promotion.

5.2 Bonus Funds credited to your Account must meet the applicable Wagering Requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The Wagering Requirement, eligible games, minimum odds (where applicable), and expiry period are specified in each promotion's dedicated terms.

5.3 bd3666 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, to modify the terms of an ongoing promotion with reasonable notice, or to withhold bonus funds from any Player who bd3666 reasonably suspects of bonus abuse.

5.4 Bonus abuse includes, without limitation: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once; placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to lock in a guaranteed profit from a bonus; using a bot, automated software, or script to generate bonus activity; and any other strategy designed to exploit promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.

5.5 Bonuses are not transferable between accounts and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.

6.1 Each game and betting market available on bd3666 is governed by its own Game Rules, which are accessible within the game or market interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable Game Rules before placing any wager.

6.2 All bets are final once confirmed. bd3666 will not accept cancellation requests for bets that have been confirmed by the system, except where a manifest technical error has occurred as described in Clause 10 of these Terms.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bd3666 and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, tax evasion, or financing of any illegal activity.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not sanctioned by bd3666.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live table games, or any other competitive game format.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to generate winnings that would not be achievable under normal operating conditions.
• Engaging in chargebacks, payment disputes, or fraudulent transaction reversals after using deposited funds.

bd3666 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, to withhold any associated funds pending investigation, and to pursue all available legal remedies where the prohibited conduct constitutes a criminal offence.

8.1 bd3666 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all aspects of its platform. Players are encouraged to treat gambling as a form of entertainment rather than a source of income, and to set strict personal limits on the time and money they spend on the Platform.

8.2 bd3666 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible via Account Settings after login: daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits; loss limits; session time reminders; reality checks; cooling-off periods (temporary account suspension); and full self-exclusion.

8.3 Players who wish to self-exclude from bd3666 may do so by contacting support at [email protected] or by activating self-exclusion directly within Account Settings. 10.3 In the event of a network disconnection during a live game round, the outcome of the round will be determined by the server-side record. bd3666's system records are the authoritative source of truth for all game and bet outcomes. Players should retain transaction reference numbers for any disputed round.

10.4 For live casino games provided by third-party studios, bd3666 is not responsible for technical failures occurring within the studio's own infrastructure. In such cases, the relevant game studio's error resolution policy will apply.

11.1 You may request the closure of your bd3666 Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, bd3666 will process any pending withdrawals of verified real-money balances to the payment source on file, deduct any outstanding bonus fund amounts that are subject to active wagering requirements, and confirm account closure within a reasonable period.

12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bd3666 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if bd3666 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12.2 bd3666's total liability to any Player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

12.3 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit bd3666's liability for death or personal injury caused by bd3666's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by bd3666.

13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of bd3666 shall first be submitted to bd3666's internal complaints procedure.

13.2 To raise a formal complaint, contact bd3666 support at [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint", providing your Account username, a clear description of the issue, and any supporting documentation (transaction reference numbers, screenshots, dates, and times). bd3666 will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and aim to resolve the complaint within 10 business days.

13.3 bd3666 is committed to resolving disputes fairly and in good faith. Players are encouraged to use the internal complaints process before seeking any other remedy.

14.1 bd3666 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bd3666 will notify registered Players via a notice displayed on the Platform or via the email address registered to your Account, no fewer than 7 days before the changes take effect.

14.2 Where a change is required urgently due to legal, regulatory, or security reasons, bd3666 may implement the change with immediate effect and provide notice as soon as reasonably practicable thereafter.

14.3 Your continued use of bd3666 following the notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must close your Account in accordance with Clause 11 and cease using the Platform.

15.1 These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable Game Rules or promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and bd3666 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

15.2 If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

15.3 bd3666's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision in the future.
